  1. The Free AI Roadmap Sprint and the Free AI Visibility Report are free, with no obligation to buy any service.
  2. The perks are offered to registered attendees of Web Summit Lisbon 2026 (9 to 12 November 2026). One perk of each type per company.
  3. Places are limited: 20 companies for the AI Roadmap Sprint and 30 brands for the AI Visibility Report, given in order of claim.
  4. Claims close on 30 November 2026. Sessions are held and reports delivered by 18 December 2026, provided we receive the information we ask for.
  5. Team Pumpkin may decline a claim that falls outside the stated audience: funded startups and companies with 10 or more employees for the AI Roadmap Sprint; brands that sell online or win customers through search for the AI Visibility Report.
  6. Roadmaps and reports are advice based on the information you share and on public AI answers on the day we test. AI answers change over time and results are not guaranteed.
  7. Any build, marketing or optimisation work after the perk is a separate engagement under its own written agreement.
  8. We use the details you submit only to deliver the perk and to follow up about it. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your details at any time.
  9. Team Pumpkin may change or close this offer at any time. Claims accepted before a change will be honoured.
